Former weighbridge building, which had been empty and boarded up for thirteen years, now being used by local artist H.Ren as studio space. It was an office for the weigh station, measuring lorry loads during the post war Broadmead shopping centre development.

‘I paint and draw in there now.’

Future: Council owned, temporary agreement.
